Hello! I am so appreciative of you and your journey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) providing collaborative counseling in person in Atchison and throughout the state via telehealth.
If you feel out of alignment with your true self and need support I am here for you. My approach blends evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), with somatic awareness and nervous system regulation. This combination allows us to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges while also fostering deeper self-connection and resilience.
I am passionate about people becoming aware of their possibilities — not only reducing symptoms, but creating sustainable shifts and true alignment in mind, body, and spirit.
I love poetry, reading, loving my animals, picnics with my daughter, painting, long lazy mornings in bed, and a lovely cup of good rooibos tea and of course, dark chocolate.
My Approach
Having lived and worked internationally, I bring cultural awareness and a broad worldview into the therapy space. My own life experiences and personal challenges allow me to meet clients with authenticity, compassion, and nonjudgmental support. In addition to traditional psychotherapy,
I draw from my background in spa and wellness settings to incorporate grounding rituals, mindfulness practices, and embodied tools that help people reconnect with their most centered, confident, and empowered self.
